I have an extreme love for noodles and bubble tea. I don't have cable, but if I did, I would happily sit and watch the Food Network for hours. I love spicy foods and oh - did I mention I just really like to eat? ;)
I also love re-purposing/simplifying and find it stress relieving to donate/throw things out.
I miss having four seasons - the Texas heat I'm not so fond of.
But mostly importantly, I'm just a sinner saved by grace. Each day, I'm learning to enjoy this wonderful Christ living inside of my human spirit and experience a daily salvation - from my environment or myself and my introspection. I'm learning to be "in" the world, but not "of" the world. The more I open to Him and take Him as my source in all the things that I do, the more He is able to be expressed in my living. I am learning that He is the "I Am" and I am not - He is our "all-sufficient grace." Grace is simply Christ being experienced and enjoyed by us. :)

Hi! I just came across your blog when I was looking up tilapia recipes based on ingredients that I have on-hand, so I'm trying out your Oven-Baked, Panko-Crusted Tilapia recipe tonight. How cool that you're a fellow Longhorn! God bless and Hook 'Em! :)
